How to use: Peel garlic clove. Rub clove firmly against the textured portion. Garlic will quickly turn into a paste. Pour olive oil into the garlic dish. Serve as dip with your favorite bread! Garlic paste can also be used in cooking and salad dressings.
Each grater is handmade in small batches, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
